Butler West End Redevelopment - Butler County
44.5 acre portion of the former Pullman Standard industrial site.
SIF loan bridged a State of Pennsylvania grant funding enabling the borrower to close quickly on the land purchase.
Redevelopment of the property will involve reclamation of a brownfield site, the installation of infrastructure and the creation of 11 building pads. Four of the pads will be occupied by existing local companies who will relocate to the project which, between retention and creation, will result in more than 190 jobs on the site.
