SIF loan facilitated the purchase and conversion of a vacant retail building into a multi-purpose facility, the majority of which is now being occupied as a call center employing 250 people.
The project provided a significant number of jobs in Fayette County, which has the highest unemployment rate in southwestern Pennsylvania.
