Nabisco Plant - East Liberty
495,000 square foot bakery building.
SIF loan bridged a State of Pennsylvania combination loan and grant financing enabling the purchase and fast reopening of the bakery.
The facility resulted in the creation of 400 jobs prior to its unfortunate second closure. It is now being redeveloped as a multi-use project that will augment East Liberty's resurgence. Upon completion it will contain retail and office space as well as a hotel.
