Northfield Phase I - Findlay Township
Build-ready pad sites adjacent to runway #10L-28R at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The pads are optioned to a national developer who contemplates constructing individual warehouse buildings on the site ranging in size between 96,000 and 140,000 square feet.
SIF loan completed the financing package that funded the necessary site work.
The project will dramatically improve the air cargo handling capacity of the airport and will serve to reduce the Region's estimated 7,000,000 square foot Class A warehouse distribution space deficit.
