SIF loan bridged a State of Pennsylvania loan funding enabling early completion of a speculative building to serve as shelf space for the attraction of new companies and expanding businesses.
This project, built on the former Pullman Standard site in Butler, resulted in the partial reclamation of a brownfield site and provides readily available space for prospective employers.
